To secure a Temporary Residence permit for an existing establishment, you must submit a completed application, appropriate fee, and supporting documentation. Regulates activities along the wetlands and shoreline of Town, including structural improvements to property, excavation and filling within 75 feet of wetlands or open water, dredging, construction of docks, ramps, floats, pilings, moorings, bulkheads, or any stabilization structures. Grants permits including coastal erosion permits, wetland permits, trustee land permits, grandfather permits and waivers from the full application process.

Responsible for the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of the pipes, drains, and manholes that constitute the sewage collection system which transports liquid waste to treatment facilities.
