A report or request can be sent anonymously through the 311 applications, made via online requests or by calling the office. Collects all monies and fines related to parking violations issued in the City of Syracuse and conducts hearings to accept pleas and determine the disposition of contested Notices of Violations (tickets). The bureau also manages and stores all records and data pertaining to parking violations.
