Maintains and operates New York State's highways and bridges. Region 10 encompasses Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Oversees the maintenance and safety of all town roads. Responsibilities include street sweeping, pothole repair, storm drains, snow removal, tree removal, tree planting. and leaf collection.

Provides a variety of services from street maintenance, taking complaints and repairing highway damage and tree obstruction, maintains public parks, etc.
