CITIZEN ASSISTANCE REGISTRY | TOWN OF NEW CASTLE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Form submitted online or in person at police station with information officers will be able to quickly access to help special needs residents, or frequent visitors, with more effective communication during an emergency. (Including, but not limited to, autism, dementia, bipolar, Down Syndrome). Offered in collaboration with the Rec. & Parks Department.
