Astor accepts donations of new toys, for children who are served by Astor Services. Toys can be wrapped, with a tag stating the toy's description of age and gender. Toys are distributed to families already participating in programs offered by Astor Services.

Also offers free access to computers and internet for job searching activities. Educational services include high school equivalency preparation credit recovery. Also provides budgeting assistance, income/expense scheduling, and fax and copy services.
