Enables the public to directly support the men and women in uniform by sponsoring a care package along with a personal message as a way to improve the lives of the deployed troops around the world, especially to those in Iraq and Afghanistan. Each care package contains, at a minimum, one prepaid international phone card, sunscreen, snacks, playing cards, toiletries and other items requested by service members.
