Manages and operates a statewide help-by-telephone service called 2-1-1 Infoline that assists anyone looking for any service anywhere in the Tri-borough (Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, parts of Long Island) of New York. 2-1-1 provides information, referral, and assistance with Health and Human services in these areas with specialized information in child development, child care services, and children's health insurance programs.
