Provides reference, information and referral, reader's advisory, career counseling and a business resource information center. Offers GED, ESOL classes, defensive driving and a wide range of programs which may include book discussions, lunch and travel, performances and films, computer instruction and bus trips.

Provides Information and Referral, Reference Services, Reader's Advisory and programs for children from birth through grade 12th as well as parents. Programs and services include, but are not limited to topics such as the Parent Toddler Workshop, Storytimes and Summer Reading Programs.

Offers Auditorium & Small Meeting Room available for public use with reservation. Study Room may be booked for up to 2 hours at a time.
