CFH provides Information and education available at various community events.

Serves veterans as an advocate for compensation, pension, education and training, vocational rehabilitation, and additional benefits for survivors, burial and hospital care. The agency provides free transportation for veterans to either the Veterans Administration (VA) Hospital or VA health clinic in East Meadow. The VSA provides returning Iraq and Afghanistan veterans with information on the GI Bill, employment opportunities, VA claims, and referrals. Call for detailed information.

Grants wishes to children ages 2 1/2 to 18 years (must be under the age of 18 at the time of referral) who have been diagnosed with a life threatening medical condition and who have not received a wish from any other organization.
