Works to protect civilian/military employees from occupational injuries, illnesses, and exposures due to hazardous materials or environments. Services include pre-placement medical examinations, medical surveillance examinations, health hazard education, blood borne pathogen exposure follow up, hearing/vision readiness and testing, and on-the-job injury monitoring.
Provides primary prevention programs and services to build and sustain good health and improve the overall lifestyles of soldiers, family members, retirees, and DA civilians. Services include fitness testing, metabolic and body composition assessments, and stress management classes.
