A two-fold program that provides education and public awareness to parents and others in the community, through various modes, about the legal ramifications and dangers of alcohol or drug abuse, and what services are available to help support them if they know adolescents who are involved with alcohol or drugs. And the second part is a strategy to reduce availability of alcohol to underage youth by training alcohol sellers and servers, along with the risk factors of drug availability in alcohol-serving establishments.
