Provides information and resources to assist consumers regarding unresolved issues concerning a hospital stay, nursing facility, or home nursing care. Assistance is case specific. Also provides a description of regulatory over-sight structure of assisted living housing and programs. Does analysis of demographic information and service utilization patterns. Offers such information for program development and planning, offers recommendations for resident health and safety quality of care, options for developments, and program financing.
