Coronavirus Update: Beginning March 17th, 2020, transactions at the Cortland County Board of Elections shall be completed via telephone, e-mail or postal mail.In the event that an in-person transaction is necessary, an appointment will be required, as well the completion of a screening questionnaire prior to the actual interview.Basic forms such as voter registration forms and the application for an absentee ballot are available on the website.
