Coronavirus Update: Beginning March 17th, 2020, transactions at the Cortland County Board of Elections shall be completed via telephone, e-mail or postal mail.In the event that an in-person transaction is necessary, an appointment will be required, as well the completion of a screening questionnaire prior to the actual interview.Basic forms such as voter registration forms and the application for an absentee ballot are available on the website. They are also outside our office entrance.Only registered voters can vote in general or primary elections.
