Provides comprehensive care to cystic fibrosis patients from infancy to adulthood. Offers a holistic and family focused approach to patient care with an emphasis on promoting normal physical and emotional growth and development. Goals include slowing the progression of the disease, prevention and treatment of complications and helping the patients integrate the disease and strenuous medical treatments into daily life. Provides a home care program. Parent support groups are available on a as needed basis.

Managed by the Islip Arts Council, the museum presents four exhibitions of contemporary art. The Council also offers a year-round schedule of workshops, trips, lectures and fine arts classes for children and adults. Contains gift shop.

Provides comprehensive mental health services to patients in their own homes. Offers specialized programs for patients of various ages. Arranges for other services for patients as needed and advocates for patients/families. Provides evaluation with feedback to medical doctor or treatment team, medication administration/education, behavior modification, general health/nutrition status assessment. Functions as a School Net Program.

Provides a 49-bed supervised living facility which includes personal care aides, housekeeping, case management, recreation, medication management, meals and nutrition education. Serves frail elderly who can no longer live on their own.

Provides community residence programs for adults with a psychiatric disability over 18 yrs. of age with varying levels of supervision and assistance. Offers residential treatment for substance abuse. Licensed by the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (NYSOASAS).

Provides community habilitation on a fee for service basis to those people who do not have Medicaid.

Administers a Welfare to Work Program (using computers as primary training), and a Computer Literacy Program for youth. Both programs offer mostly free training in the following: Keyboarding Introduction to Computers Microsoft Windows, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, or Word Help-Desk Technician Desktop Publishing Computer Upgrading and Repair. An intensive, medically supervised outpatient rehabilitation program servicing chemically addicted pregnant and parenting women. Additional services include parenting instructions, 12 step program, education and on-site child care.
