Specialized programs under Ambulatory Care include medication evaluation and treatment legal services for divorce, abuse and criminal justice issues psycholtherapy for gay and lesbian youth and parent and professional education. Offers a center based program for 2-5 year olds with delays in speech/language/cognitive learning areas with or without presence of hearing loss. One full day session is offered from 9:20am to 2:40pm. An integrated class comprised of both disabled and non-disabled students is also offered.

Presents a program for two and three year olds and a parent, in which the child uses all five senses to discover the farm. Provides song, story, and snack.

Offers Mommy and Me programs for parents and children 4 months-4 years old. Classes include baby playgroups, toddlers programs, separation programs, music, crafts, socialization, and birthday parties. Classes are 90 minutes from Monday through Friday. Provides up to eight weeks of activities including trips for member students in grades K-12. Registration form completion is required and scholarships are available based on need. Registration fees apply. Also offers a half-day Mini Member program for members ages 3-4 who are potty trained and not yet in Kindergarten.

Conducts tiny tots discovery program involving crafts, movement, and songs, in which children (ages 18 mos-5years) participate with a parent. Conducts sessions at Smithtown Landing Country Club. Supplies all crafts materials. Call for schedule.
