Provides a range of specialized assessments and evaluations of developmental, learning, neurologic and psychiatric issues in children, adolescents, and young adults. Serves any child ages preschool through young adult who is struggling academically and/or experiencing emotional or behavioral problems related to a neuropsychological deficit. Parent and professional education workshops are offered by North Shore Child and Family Guidance Center staff who have expertise in child development and neuropsychology. Offers school consultation to help educators work with children with neuropsychological deficits more effectively.

Offers residential services to adults with learning and developmental disabilities ages 18 and over on a 24 hour basis at 39 community residences. Programs include training in independent living skills, counseling, and recreational and therapeutic services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.

Provides individuals who suffered a neurological injury/illness and their family members information,education and support to assist in coping with the challenges that arise as a result of their illness and promote wellness. Provides education about Tourette Syndrome (TS) to professionals and the general public, generates funding for research about Tourette Syndrome and provides services to people with Tourette Syndrome and their families, such as support groups and social events.
