SUPPORTIVE AND INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT | SUPPORTIVE AND INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT

Supports persons with mental health disabilities in the process of taking control of their lives and learning to be self-sufficient. Services include helping clients with financial matters, obtaining medical care, legal services, relationships, housing choices, using public transportation, choosing day programs, etc.. The Sayville Project is sponsored by the School of Social Welfare at Stony Brook University.

VOCATIONAL PROGRAM - YAPHANK | MARYHAVEN CENTER OF HOPE - YAPHANK

Provides evaluation and training for disabled adults (ages 16+) in the areas of kitchen services, porter/maintenance services, assembly/packaging services, warehouse training and clerical training. Also offers vocational and placement counseling, remediation services, and alcohol and drug abuse counseling.
