Protect Allergic Kids (PAK) is a nonprofit arganization and support group that provides a wealth of information on food allergies, anaphylaxis and allergic diseases including Eosinophilic disorders and Celiacs. The PAK program is available to parents, caregivers, teachers and anyone who knows a child affected by these medical conditions. Topics will be discussed including: how to recognize an allergic reaction, safe practices and support at school for food-allergic children, explanation of various food-allergic diseases and resources such as allergen-free foods and books.
