Services include access to a variety of medical specialists (dentist, podiatrist, audiologist, therapists), and individualized nursing care for a wide range of medical conditions associated with chronic illness and aging including Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes and Parkinson's Disease. Program attendance is based on individual needs. Transportation to and from the Center is available.

Offers a 12-week Target Fitness Weight Management program for adults with weight management or other health related issues such as Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, or High Cholesterol. A recreational program providing two one week camp sessions for children ages 5-10 years with diabetes. The camp is staffed by nurses, a doctor and highly trained camp counselors providing diabetes education. Program limited to 25 children per week.
