Through a variety of activities, participants will learn skills to manage stress and anger while developing empathy, better judgment and impulse control. Provides strategies for conflict resolution and communication training. Offers a variety of formats (one day class, 12 week series or individual coaching). Accepted by the court system, CPS and probation departments.
