Provides counseling and affiliated services to pregnant unwed parents adoption services and placement for adoptive families and placing parents support and enrichment services to families including counseling for adoptees, adoptive families and birth parents community cultural and educational outreach services. Provides free education, emotional support, support groups, and healthcare referrals to pregnant and postpartum mothers and fathers experiencing depression and/or anxiety (perinatal mood and anxiety disorders including postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis). Moms on Call and Family Telephone Support provided by trained volunteers. Circle of Caring support groups and training provided to healthcare providers and the community. Information and referral is also available on miscarriage, stillborn birth, abortion, and adoption. Call for further information.

Offers peer-led support groups for Nassau or Suffolk County residents considering or involved in the foster care or adoption process. Provides opportunities for teens, children and parents to voice their concerns, questions and successes. Offers a list of resources including counselors, adoption and foster care agencies, adoption attorneys and social workers. Call for meeting times and locations.
