INFORMATION AND REFERRAL | INFORMATION AND REFERRAL

Provides free education, emotional support, support groups, and healthcare referrals to pregnant and postpartum mothers and fathers experiencing depression and/or anxiety (perinatal mood and anxiety disorders including postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis). Moms on Call and Family Telephone Support provided by trained volunteers. Circle of Caring support groups and training provided to healthcare providers and the community. Information and referral is also available on miscarriage, stillborn birth, abortion, and adoption. Call for further information.

HOME HEALTH CARE | CATHOLIC HOME CARE

Provides in-home skilled nursing care, rehabilitation therapies, medical social workers,home health aides, intravenous therapy, medical supplies/equipment, laboratory services and pharmacy supplies. Also offers Mom and Me Care to new mothers and newborns. Home care is provided by nursing staff from the maternity department.

NEW MOTHER'S GROUP | CHILDBEARING FAMILY ALLIANCE

Provides a six week program for mothers and their new babies. Discussions include adjustment to parenthood, time management skills, infant crying and soothing, sleeping and feeding schedules, developmental play and safety. Program booklet is available.

MOMMY AND ME | MOMMY AND ME

Offers Mommy and Me programs for parents and children 4 months-4 years old. Classes include baby playgroups, toddlers programs, separation programs, music, crafts, socialization, and birthday parties. Classes are 90 minutes from Monday through Friday. Call for more information. We also offer a Summer Program.

BREASTFEEDING CLASSES | BREASTFEEDING CLASSES

Provides information for expectant mothers concerning breastfeeding. Discusses techniques, problems and continuing breastfeeding (after leaving the hospital). Classes are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 7-10pm. 1st Saturday of each month 9am-12pm. Please call for more information. P
