Directly serves the needs of the disabled veteran community. Network of National Service Officers provides assistance and representation in claims for benefits and services before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, other Federal and state agencies and legal representation before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Provides psychotherapy to veterans who have experienced war related trauma. Offers emotional support, individual, group and family support, counseling for military sexual trauma and bereavement, and medical referrals.

Provides telephone crisis intervention services for individuals who are having suicidal thoughts and feelings. Can also help individuals dealing with the loss of a loved one through suicide. All calls are routed to the closest possible crisis center of the individual calling through one, toll-free, 24 hour number.

Membership is restricted to the combat wounded, but MOPH provides support to all veterans and their dependents throughout the United States. Clients are not required to provide insurance information or any other form of payment for the services rendered from Give an Hour volunteer mental health professionals.
