Provides a range of substance abuse treatment and support services for active duty personnel, veterans, and their families. Offers residential and outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment services. Certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYSOASAS).

Offers a program for veterans and surviving spouses to defray costs of assisted living or supportive living services. Veterans and survivors who are eligible for a VA pension and require the aid and attendance of another person or are homebound, may be eligible for additional monetary payment. Provides three residential treatment facilities exclusively for veterans struggling with chemical dependency, post-traumatic stress disorder and other life challenges. They are located in Manhattan, Richmond Hill, Queens, and Ellenville NY. The Ellenville facility is dedicated to female veterans and offers gender-specific treatment at a safe and encouraging environment for women veterans. Also operates the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) which provides community-based housing assistance and support services for at-risk veterans and their families. These services include temporary financial assistance, housing counseling, legal service referrals, daily living services, personal financial planning and transportation services.
