Lifeguards available, hours and dates vary. Summer events include New York Air Show, a volleyball tournament, an Independence Day fireworks program, Summer Run Series and Pitch Putt Tournament. Empire Passport accepted no pets allowed. The Theodore Roosevelt Nature Center contains, interior and exterior environmental exhibits, a butterfly garden, and children activities.
