A peer-run crisis diversion center open 365 days a year. Serves individuals going through a mental health crisis or pre-crisis who prefer not to go to the hospital. Transportation may be available; call to inquire. Services include:

The Renewal Center is part of the Kirsten Vincent Respite & Recovery Center.

Provides the following for individuals with developmental disabilities:

• Home and Community-based Waiver - Community Habilitation
• Residential Community Habilitation
• In-Home Respite
• Saturday Respite
• Freestanding Respite (Erie County)
• Self-Directed Services

Staff can provide limited transportation for certain services. Aspire of WNY CILS Division can support people with developmental disabilities living in the community with family, friends, or on their own, and can assist with the exploration, planning, and implementation of community based supports. Offers a variety of supports designed to best meet an individual's needs and desires to promote, support, and maintain their active engagement in the home, work, and community.

Provides the following Clinical Services for children, adolescents and adults in person or via telehealth: Counseling, Anger Management, Risk Assessments, Guardianship, Autism Testing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding/Swallowing Therapy, Psychiatric Medication Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, Wheelchair Seating/Positioning, Orientation and Mobility Training, and Psychological Evaluations. Provides the following Clinical Services: Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Psychiatry, Rehabilitation Counseling, and Psychology/Evaluation/Diagnosis.

Helps veterans make the transition from unemployment or underemployment to successful civilian careers. Services include employment plans, resume development, job search navigation, interview preparation, job development, and linkages to employers, human service providers, and veteran service organizations. Services are available to all discharged veterans and their families. ##Veteran##

A CCBHC is a community-based clinic that offers integrated mental health and substance use care, along with crisis services and care coordination. Instead of navigating multiple systems, individuals can receive support through a single, connected team. Provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, all in one place. Services include but are not limited to:

• Individual, family, and group counseling
• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Substance use treatment, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Integrated mental health and substance use care
• Crisis support, including walk-in and same-day services when available
• Care coordination and peer support
• Trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies

Translation services and telehealth services available.

Provides comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, social and other services for children. Home Based and Classroom (center based) services are provided for pregnant women and children between birth and five years of age throughout Chautauqua County. Early Head Start services children ages 0-3.

Provides a 24-hour crisis intervention hotline, 24-hour advocacy, group counseling, transportation, court accompaniment and preparation, and compensation claim form assistance through NYS Office of Victim Services. Office is at a secure location, which is shared with clients at the time of intake.

A center specializing in Alzheimer's and related dementia day care. Provides social model adult day care, socialization, hot lunch, breakfast and afternoon snack. Services include small group crafts, exercises, field trips, personal care in activities of daily life, ongoing care plans, information and referral, transportation within a 15 mile range, and wheelchair transportation. Inter-generational program with on-site child care offered. Alzheimer's support group held the 3rd Thursday of each month, 7pm-9pm.

Provides a full complement of services to adults ages 55 and over. Daytime programming includes breakfast, lunch, take-home food, exercise, field trips, transportation services, health and wellness information, assistance with senior benefits/issues, recreation and cultural activities, technology classes, workshops, and referral services. Also offers an emergency food pantry, open to residents living in zip code 14204. All services are operated and managed by seniors.

A bi-lingual, bi-cultural outpatient substance abuse treatment program. Services include individual and group counseling, medication assisted recovery (including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone), personalized health assessment, integrated care management, relapse prevention, benefits/entitlements assistance, educational/vocational placement, and linkage and referral to other needed services. ##REENTRY##

Customized day habilitation for individuals who have developmental disabilities ages 18 years and older. Supports each person by working on skills building, socialization, volunteering, community outings, art, technology, and the interests of each individual. Transportation is available.
