Eddy DayBreak is an innovative adult day service that helps improve quality of life for adults who still live independently, or are being cared for by family members. Offering supervision and/or assistance with personal and/or medical care, Eddy DayBreak programs provide caregivers relief from at-home caregiving, allowing them to fulfill work or other obligations. Round-trip transportation is available and participants may attend up to five days a week. Eddy DayBreak programs include medical, social and dementia-specific models.

TCAT provides more than 4 million trips per year with 34 bus routes that serve urban, suburban, and rural riders across Tompkins County. TCAT's fleet includes approximately 50 low-emission diesel buses with plans to transition to an electric-battery buses over the next one to two decades. The CAPteen Program promotes youth development through a variety of leadership, volunteer community service, and character building opportunities. This student led initiative of CAPTAIN CHS offers teens in the Shenendehowa School District a variety of activities that give back to the community.
