Sends a fleet of trucks across Long Island six days a week and picks up gently used items at your doorstep-including clothing, coats, shoes, and small household items. Offers divorcing or separating couples an effective and humane alternative to the traditional adversarial process. With the help of a trained mediator, couples in mediation work out their settlement based on the needs of the couple and the children. Process seeks to explore options for both the husband and wife. Areas of mediation include parenting responsibilities (access, custody, support), distribution of marital assets, spousal maintenance (alimony) and any other relevant issues. Mediation process includes an initial consultation followed by a limited number of bi-weekly 1 hour-1 1/2 hour sessions. The mediator prepares a plain-language Memorandum of Understanding which sets forth all the terms needed for a separation or divorce with the exception of legal language and signatures. The couple may then submit the Memorandum to their attorneys, or neutral attorney. Call. Appointment required.

Offers a program that will prepare you for both employment and start-up opportunities in the fast-growing esports industry. You’ll learn the fundamentals of esports business and management, including the baseline concepts of small business management and venture creation, as well insights into the marketing and management of esports organizations. You’ll know how to compose an effective business esports plan and have the management skills and tools to initiate, plan, and execute projects. Our School of Management programs encourage and promote an entrepreneurial mindset, and this certificate will equip you with an understanding of esports and the current market, as well as the tools to operate in the quickly evolving esports landscape. By the completion of the certificate program you will be able to: Communicate clearly and work effectively with teams in the esports industry; Integrate functional disciplines to effect sound policymaking and esports business planning, including supporting or developing a business plan for an esports organization and solving business problems specific to the industry and Utilize research to support business innovation for an esports organization.
