The Ulster County Veteran Services Agency (UCVSA) provides support to County veterans and their families in obtaining medical, disability, pension and education benefits from the U.S. Veterans Administration (VA) and the NYS Department of Veteran Affairs. The UCVSA also helps veterans with issues such as homelessness, burials, tax exemptions, employment, transportation and the FAVOR discount card program, and performs outreach to local communities and service organizations. Includes treatment for youth through age 21 at risk of suicide, those adjusting to divorce, or other family crisis, eating disorders, social difficulties, unmanageable behavior, depression, or anxiety disorders. Walk-in services are also available for anyone seeking support.

Hot lunch is served in the Senior Nutrition Center, Monday - Friday at 12:00 pm. They also offer a hot lunch Homebound Meal Delivery Program for the same suggested contribution. Reservations for both are required at least one day in advance by 1:00 pm. There is a suggested contribution of $3.00. All contributions are voluntary. Offers training programs, unemployment insurance information, cover letter and resume assistance, and information and referrals for other services or resources in the community.
