Provides prevention education in community environments, the school environment, and focuses on family and peer relationships by increasing social and self-competency skills, adoption of pro-social attitudes and behaviors, and awareness of the harmful health, social, and psychological consequences of drug abuse.

Brief individual and group treatments focus on health and wellness promotion, early identification, quick resolution of problems & long-term problem prevention. SAIL provides assessment, advice, and training to individuals with disabilities, family members and other interested parties concerning mobility. Services focus on improving an individual's ability to fully access their home and community, and may include adaptive equipment loan and/or acquisition as well as travel training.

Provides the following services to custodial parents and their children, to find absent parents, establish legal fatherhood for a child, obtain support for their children, including a provision for medical support, and enforce the terms of the Family Court/Supreme Court orders of support.
