Provides vocational rehabilitation services to eligible individuals to prepare them for employment (including helping them to further their education) consistent with their strengths, ability and interest. These jobs can be in the competitive workforce, self-owned businesses in the home, sheltered workshops or in supported employment in the community. Also works with students, families and school districts to coordinate appropriate services for students with disabilities who are leaving secondary education and entering adult vocational rehabilitation.

Assists men build a support network to gain a stronger understanding of their roles and responsibilities, and how they relate to the best interest of their children and families. Topics covered include child development, fatherhood, parenting, communication skills, blended families, values and behaviors, and healthy relationships. 13-week hybrid group held bi-annually.

Provides short-term counseling services including assessments, referral services, management training, human resource consultation, critical incident stress debriefing, employee training, and disorder related professional services. Common issues include depression, anxiety, bereavement, marriage and family issues, domestic violence, anger management, substance abuse, and financial stress.

Offers home improvement grants to very low income home owners to bring the home to HQS (Housing Quality Standards). All code issues are addressed.

Offers subsidized rental apartments to low-moderate income individuals with a disability or to the elderly.

Provides federal funding to local department of social services that is used to provide air conditioning units to eligible individuals with documented medical conditions that are worsened by extreme heat.
