Provides a multi-cultural outreach program designed to increase awareness about service and support available to families with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Geared toward people whose risk factors are increased as a result of unsafe or unhealthy environments, growth deficiency and nutritional problems, parental substance abuse, low birth weight, central nervous system insult or abnormality, and genetic disorders.

Provides Town of Babylon seniors with a nutritional breakfast and lunch, recreational, cultural, advisory and health programs, senior advocate, counseling, bereavement groups, transportation for medical, shopping and to nutrition center, telephone reassurance program, and educational speakers. This program researches, documents, promotes and presents the folk and traditional arts of the diverse populations of Mid-Hudson region. They identify tradition bearers and folk artists within the community and present them in public programs such as concerts, library programs and festivals.

Head Start is for preschoolers to foster the development. Within Head Start, 4 year old children can be enrolled in the Universal Pre-K Program in collaboration with the White Plains City School District.

Provides assistance to individuals who have a history of aggressive behavior with the opportunities of change learned behaviors through education. Clients are educated on the legal implications of their behavior as well as its efforts on their significant other and family members. Emphasis is placed on learning to take responsibility for one's behavior and learning to control violent impulses. Clients are given information on counseling services available to them and their families.

Provides ongoing communication with parents of students enrolled in the center's program in order to monitor a child's progress. Assigns specially trained staff to committees on special education and parent/guardian meetings at the parent's request.

Social workers are available to help these individuals and their families utilize other related services within the community.
