The building department monitors new building conditions and construction, and oversees the maintenance of older multi-family structures. Provides comprehensive dental services and general dentistry including ambulatory surgery, conscious sedation, osseointegration, arthrograms, cleft palate team and emergency/traumatic injuries. Also oral and maxillofacial surgery services are provided. Equipped with an operating room and emergency department facilities. Special services are offered to patients with medical, physical, developmental or social problems.

Provides assistance to homeowners and renters in making their houses more energy efficient. Weatherization measures include window and door replacement, attic and sidewall insulation, health and safety measures including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, furnace cleaning and tuning.

Assists in receiving a monthly water bill discount, which will be applied to meter facility charge. This discount can account for up to 25% of an average residential bill. Automatically enrolled if previously received assistance through the state’s Low Income Household Water Assistance Program(LIHWAP). Provides two different group living environments: Supervised IRAs: Offers small group living environments with 24 hour staff supports for a small number of adults with different abilities and are encouraged to be as independent as possible. Individuals received supports and services based on their individual needs. Supportive IRAs: Offers supportive apartments where 1 to 2 people live in the same apartment and receive supports from staff. Individuals must be able to remain at home without staff, evacuate in case of an emergency, call for help and interact safely with neighbors, if needed.

Assists with injuries, diagnoses of illnesses and long term conditions. Provides regular well-child and well-adult check ups, immunizations, and offer hospital and outpatient care. Offers primary medical care, sick visits, allergy shots, physicals and EKG's.
