The center also provides advocacy for transition planning, and assistance with the CSE process. SAIL provides assistance and support to individuals who are facing transitions in their lives. This includes transitions from Early Intervention Programs to school-based programs, transitions from school to work and/or adult services, transitions from living at home to moving into individual living arrangements, and other life transitions.
