The Alice Brown Early Learning Center facility is a state of the art complex that fosters the education and socialization of children, in coordination with their parents. Full-day care is available five days per week and part-week care consists of two or three full days per week. The Alice Brown Early Learning Center was awarded accreditation through the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Ulster County Emergency Warming Center at Clinton Ave United Methodist Church is a temporary shelter open to the public when Ulster County declares a Code Blue emergency. Open from 7:00 pm-7:00 am when open. Call for information.
