Offers comprehensive care to women of all ages. Services include obstetrics and gynecology, substance use and addiction treatment, maternity care, nutritional needs, joint replacement, and treatment for heart disease, breast abnormalities, diabetes, lymphadema, osteoporosis, and urinary incontinence.

Youth programs include indoor soccer, flag football, girls and boys basketball. Red Cross swim lessons are also offered for youth. Adult recreation options include weight room, gym, and swimming. Classes for swimming, water aerobics, and arthritis swim are also available.

Works to enhance quality of life for United States military veterans, service members, and families through therapeutic recreation and education, collaboration with other service providers, and a sustained continuum of care. Uses therapeutic recreation and adaptive sports to help facilitate a change in perspective and give participants the physical skills, confidence, and coping strategies necessary for a successful reintegration process. Program consists of monitoring lead test results, providing education, assessment of potential lead poisoning sources for removal. Specific services provided are:

• Lead poisoning prevention education.
• Lead screening for age appropriate children through referral to private physicians or directly for uninsured or under insured children.
• FREE lead testing for children ages 1 and 2 who otherwise could not afford to be tested.
• Case management to children with confirmed elevated lead levels and assess their environment to determine the source of lead contamination.
• Instruction to property owners of the methods/procedures to reduce or eliminate sources of lead poisoning.

Provides free meals for any kids and teens ages 18 and under (and young adults with disabilities under 21).

Peer-run service where people can participate and obtain information, support, and skills for their individual recovery journey. Ongoing services include:

Office for claims and inquiries about Social Security and SSI; initial claims only for Medicare. Issues social security cards. Offers benefit programs to assist retired or disabled, as well as aged or disabled in need. Also offers programs to assist certain dependents and survivors, as well as coal miners (Black Lung Benefits).

Full day camps are available on most holidays, vacation and conference days. The schedule follows the Southwestern School calendar. Traditional activities include swimming, theme activities, arts and crafts, group games, trips, and more.

Program designed to strengthen male and father engagement with children and families throughout the city of Buffalo and Western New York. Services include:

• Parenting and relationships education through the 13-week Nurturing Fathers Program
• Mentoring, coaching, and resource navigation for young adult fathers aged 18–24
• Personal finance education
• Domestic violence programming through the 17-week Caring Dads Program

Provides supportive services to emergency workers to help them deal with stressful and traumatic incidents in a healthy way. Examples of such incidents include death or serious injury to a child or fellow emergency worker, a suicide, an injurious accident, or circumstances involving prolonged or extraordinary rescue or recovery operations. Services include pre-incident education, small or large group crisis intervention services, and referral services.

Provides evaluations for Cattaraugus County children whose parents have concerns with their child's developmental achievements. Areas of development assessment are: cognitive, physical (including vision and hearing), social/emotional, adaptive development, and communication. After assessment, if the child meets eligibility she or he will receive services through the Early Intervention Program. Child Find, part of the Early Intervention program, aims to make sure that all children have a primary care physician and insurance coverage as well as promote the availability of developmental screening and necessary services.
