Also offers financial services such as budgeting along with homeownership, credit, bankruptcy, and foreclosure counseling.

Provides rental assistance payments to landlords on behalf of eligible tenants. Landlord receives monthly payments of the difference between the amount the tenant can afford to pay 30% of income and the rental charge.

Educates students within the school district boundary.

Is the federally-funded public assistance program for families. Family Assistance can only be provided to a family that includes a minor child living with a parent or caretaker, relative, or to a pregnant woman. Eligibility is based on financial need including resource restrictions. Participation does include elements of work requirements as well as child support enforcement. Participation in the Family Assistance in most cases is subject to a sixty-month time limit. In many cases, transitional benefits are available for households ending participation in the Family Assistance Program. This does include continuation of food stamps and medical assistance coverage, as well as potential payments that address supportive needs to maintain employment.

Provides a 24-hour hotline staffed by dementia experts who assess situations and provide assistance. Care consultations available free of charge. Callers may inquire about TrialMatch, a program that matches individuals with dementia with clinical trials. An individual profile is created and matched with clinical trials.

Provides assistance to adults who are mentally or physically impaired, without regard to income, and who can no longer provide for their own basic needs of food, clothing, shelter, medical care, or protect themselves from neglect, abuse, or hazardous situations, and who have no one to help them. Services include Investigation, Assessment, Counseling, Case Management, Advocacy, Money Management, Housing Referrals, Crisis Intervention, Orders of Protection, and Guardianship.

Delivers one hot lunch meal, during the week, to seniors who are homebound in the community.

Medicaid Facilitated Enrollers provide enrollment services for individuals who are disabled, deaf, blind, and/or over the age of 65.

A certified juvenile non-secure detention facility for girls and boys 10 through 18, remanded by Family Courts or placed by a Peace Officer. Provides care, supervision, educational and social services for Persons in Need of Supervision (PINS) and Juvenile Delinquents.

Provides EnL/ESOL classes, computer training, GED preparation, financial literacy and life skills classes.

Provides prevention, testing, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of sexually transmitted diseases.

Provides free, nutritious meals to children and teens through out the summer.

Offers a team approach (nurses, social workers, therapists and nutritionists) to provide patient/family centered asthma education and manage asthma care at home. Services include medication management, environmental and lifestyle assessment, emergency management and health monitoring through a telehealth program. Works collaboratively with patient's physician to follow treatment plans and manage asthma effectively. Communicates with school health staff and educators as needed to support children attending school.
