Safe Start's permanent fitting stations located in Nassau and Suffolk Counties can provide families with the opportunity to have their safety seats inspected by certified technicians ensuring correct installation. EAC's Safe Start van provides staff with the tools needed to operate a mobile fitting station while promoting efforts to ensure that children are safely strapped in.

The Ulster County Veteran Services Agency (UCVSA) provides support to County veterans and their families in obtaining medical, disability, pension and education benefits from the U.S. Veterans Administration (VA) and the NYS Department of Veteran Affairs. The UCVSA also helps veterans with issues such as homelessness, burials, tax exemptions, employment, transportation and the FAVOR discount card program, and performs outreach to local communities and service organizations. Offers a 120 hour Dietary Managers Program. This is a two-semester course which trains and educates food service managers. This course has been granted full approval by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals (ANFP). Graduates are eligible for membership in the ANFP and may take the National Certification Examination for Dietary Managers. Supervisors, cooks and other dietary personnel who have demonstrated leadership potential are eligible to enroll in the program. Courses vary each semester and are held at various locations.
