Provides comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, social and other services for children 3-5 years of age. Home Based and Classroom (center based) services are provided for pregnant women and children between birth and five years of age throughout Chautauqua County. Head Start services children ages 3-5.

Offers short-term interventions to families struggling with common childhood problems including depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and concerns related to ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. Conditions treated include:

Required and recommended vaccines are available for children and adults, including vaccines for travel outside the U.S. Offers tuberculin skin testing for college entrance or work requirements. Two appointments are required; one to apply the test and one to read the results, 2-3 days later. Participates in the Vaccine for Children (VFC) Program, whereby vaccines are provided free of charge to qualifying children under 19 years of age, and the Vaccine for Adult (VFA) Program, whereby vaccines are provided free of charge to qualifying adults 19 and older. Free online tax preparation resource for income qualified individuals and families. Taxpayers complete intake and consent forms electronically and upload tax documents to a secure site. CASH then prepares the return and schedules a phone appointment to review the return before electronically transmitting it to the IRS. Also provides a self-preparation option.
