Intermediate Care Facility is available for those who are Medicaid eligible. Transportation is available for all. Supportive apartments are also available, with limited transportation. Provides respite care allowing families of developmentally disabled persons to take a break from the daily routine of care-giving duties. Currently, two locations in a certified home can offer respite for as little as one day or for a few weeks. Reservations are encouraged; however, emergency accommodations are available. Provides At-Home Residential Habilitation service that assists individuals in improving the skills necessary to live in the community while living at home. Qualified staff work one-on-one with individuals to help them learn socialization, recreation, daily living, and mobility skills.
