Victim Assistance Program is often the first point of contact for victims seeking information, compensation, advocacy and emotional support related to their new and unwanted status as victims of crime. The mission of the Dutchess County Office of Probation and Community Corrections is to protect the community through intervention in the lives of those under supervision by facilitating compliance with court orders and serving as a catalyst for positive change.
