HIV positive women are referred for appropriate and comprehensive obstetric care upon pregnancy toward safe and healthy delivery. - Adherence Pharmacology: Through a partnership with the University at Buffalo's School of Pharmacology, highly trained pharmacists are on site to offer education to providers and patients regarding disease process, treatment options, and ongoing individualized medication management. - Case Management Services: Each patient has the opportunity to meet with a medical case manager who is able to assist them with benefit management and support around their diagnosis, promoting their ongoing access to medical care.
