Provides Jr. Lifesaving Course, CPR Instruction, and First Aid Instruction. Call for schedule/fees.

Offers a Red Cross-certified course which includes waterfront lifeguard training, first aid, CPR, AED, oxygen administration and preventing disease transmission.

This class teaches CPR techniques for a child from birth to 12 months. It includes a discussion on choking on objects, accident prevention and safety issues.

Offers pregnant women low or no cost pre-natal programs covering newborn-infant care, breast feeding, CPR/Tot-saver, pre-natal exercise and Lamaze training. Participants in the Lamaze class have the opportunity, at no charge, for a one time visit by a registered nurse to assist in newborn care.

Workforce Development offers non-credit courses to help individuals meet their career goals in areas such as Emergency Medical Technician; Advanced Emergency Medical Technician; Commercial Drone Piloting; Pharmacy Technician; Sterile Processing Technician; Landscape Design, Installation, and Management; Floral Design; Cannabis Cultivation; Retail Cannabis; and Cannabis Processing. A CDL Program is available on-site through 160 Driving Academy. In addition to career focused programs, Workforce Development offers skill courses to individuals in areas such as Basic Life Support, Notary Public, Driving Education, and Motorcycle Training. Customized Training is offered to companies in areas such as Adobe; Excel; Outlook; Communication and Leadership; Budgeting and Finance; First Aid, CPR, and AED; and a variety of OSHA mandated topics. There is a wide variety of topics that can be covered in customized training; all offerings are not listed here.
