In-Person Assistors (IPA)/Navigator will provide in-person enrollment assistance to individuals, families, small businesses, and their employees who apply for health insurance.* Provides information about what financial assistance and tax credits are available for applicants through the Marketplace.

Services include: Well-baby check ups. Immunizations, women's health, asthma/allergy care, vision screening, preventative medicine. Behavioral Health for medical patients. Physical exams for work and school. Blood pressure screening. Preventive medicine. Dental exams, x-rays, prophylaxis, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, crown and bridge, dentures, sealants. Certified application counselor available to assist individuals with their New York State of Health Marketplace Insurance enrollment.
