Drop-in center for homeless vets. Provides linkage with VA services and assistance with finding housing. Works with homeless and at-risk veterans to help them overcome the barriers that may prevent them from receiving or benefiting from health services. Veterans have access to a shower in the Drop-in Center. Also offers outreach to homeless veterans in shelters, soup kitchens, and on the streets. Outreach workers help establish eligibility for VA medical service and pension, develop appropriate treatment plans, and screen for community placement. Homeless veterans eligible for VA Healthcare may call for availability and screening for VA funded emergency shelter, transitional housing, and HUD section 8 voucher program. Provides outpatient services, minimally invasive surgery, nutrition education, massage therapy, oncology, mammography, lab/ultrasound, STD screening and treatment, natural family planning, perinatal bereavement counseling, and pelvic health. Center provides instruction in the Creighton Model Fertility Care System (CrMS) of Natural Family Planning. Provides instruction that teaches a woman to observe her bodily changes and chart them throughout her cycle. Knowledge of her fertility pattern enables couples to focus intercourse on fertile or infertile days to implement their intentions.

Services include pre-health maintenance, rapid HIV test (15 minutes), tuberculosis testing, complete lab services, GYN services, social work services, short-term counseling, full dental care, personalized education about chronic illnesses, and smoking cessation. Family Planning Benefit Program is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals who need family planning services, with no premiums or co-pays for services. The hospital's Partial Hospitalization provides intensive psychiatric services for clients who require intensive treatment, but can function more readily outside a twenty-four hour a day inpatient program. The program operates Monday through Friday during the day time hours, but program staff are available on call or clients outside of regular hours.
