Family Health Network of Central New York, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and licensed Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Center established in 1972. As a federally funded community health center, Family Health Network serves Cortland County, Cayuga County, Madison County, and contiguous areas (Tompkins, Chenango, Broome, and Tioga).Organizationally, Family Health Network has (5) freestanding medical centers, one (1) of which includes dental services, plus an additional four (4) school-based health centers. Family Health Network provides comprehensive primary medical care and dental care services directly and by referral.Services offered by Family Health Network include family practice/general practice dentistry, occupational health services, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, behavioral health, 340B pharmacy services, care coordniation, medical mobile services and insurance enrollment. Family Health Network's five Health Centers are located in Cortland, Cincinnatus, Marathon and Moravia. The dental clinic is located in Moravia. Family Health Network's School-Based Health Programs are located in Appleby Elementary School (Marathon), Marathon Jr/Sr High School, DeRuyter Central School, and the Cincinnatus Central School.In addition to the four School-Based Health Centers, Family Health Network also provides dental services to students attending those schools districts, as well as Moravia Elementary, McGraw Elementary, and Parker and Randall Schools in Cortland.

Provides free primary care and osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) services to individuals 18 and older, with or without insurance, who might not be able to afford care. These services are provided regardless of the patient’s immigration or health insurance status. Services include: General health check; Sick visits; Blood pressure tests; Electrocardiogram (EKG); In-house lab tests: Urine, throat culture, blood glucose check (fingerstick) and Discounted blood tests (outside lab fees apply). Offers a full-range of non-emergency primary care services for those who cannot get in to see their primary care provider. Services include treating injury, illnesses, routine check-ups.

Provides free medical care which is provided by volunteer physicians.

Services include primary medical, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, psychology, psychiatry, social work, vocational rehabilitation counseling, nutrition, podiatry, and early intervention services.

Provides a community clinic that offers general medical care for children and adults, including adolescent medicine, pediatrics, nutrition, diabetes management, immunizations, etc.

Offers a spacious and state-of-the-art community health center for comprehensive primary care, services include physical exams, pregnancy and prenatal care, HIV and sexually transmitted disease testing, and much more.

Provides comprehensive, primary medical care, including vaccines, for adults and children.

Affiliated family health center through the Suffolk County Department of Health Services. Call for all services offered.

Provides primary care services to Oneida County residents at a variety of locations.

Provides low cost, high quality health care, with primary focus on prevention. Services in health care include gynecological exams, birth control, pregnancy testing, screening for breast and cervical cancer, diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections for men and women, HIV/AIDS counseling and testing for both men and women, infertility workup, medication abortion up to 9 weeks, emergency contraception, HPV vaccines, LGBT services, men's health services. A Social Worker is onsite. Title X Family Planning Programs (FPEP and FPBP) are available. Counseling is an integral part of Planned Parenthood of Nassau County's patient care.
