Our LifeLong Learning centers offer day programs for adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. These programs focus on building a wide-array of skills in the areas of pre-vocational, vocational, communication, and social skills. Individuals are offered opportunities of community involvement through volunteer training programs and volunteer placements with small, local businesses.

Hudson Valley Health Specialties, Inc. and Ulster Rehabilitation Clinic: Services include primary medical care, psychiatric, dental, vision, and psychology as well as speech, occupational and physical therapies among others. Also offers specialized autism training and services.

Offers residential services to adults with learning and developmental disabilities ages 18 and over on a 24 hour basis at 39 community residences. Programs include training in independent living skills, counseling, and recreational and therapeutic services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.

Community Supports and Day Services are designed to provide enriching opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to enhance their social skills and their independence. Programs are responsive to new and changing interests of people receiving supports and their families. The menu of available supports focus on social skills, daily living skills, wellness, technology, music, and the arts. Participants are fully included in their communities through recreation and experiential learning.

Twenty-four hour residential program for children 5-21 years of age and residential and day habilitation programs for adults 18 years of age and older diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum with communication learning and behavioral challenges. Children's program includes education, social and leisure skills development, art, music, speech and language, dietary, medical and nursing services, life skills and transition training. Our adult programs are designed to promote each individuals attainment of independence and a productive life full of enriching experiences.

Provides a structured treatment program for adults with moderate to severe developmental or physical disabilities. Focus is on both therapeutic and life skills development to bring about as much independence as possible. Services include speech, occupational and physical therapy, assistive technology and adaptive equipment training, social work and nursing services, behavior modification, daily living skills, socialization, life skills, recreation and more. In-home training is also available.

Provides day habilitation services to individuals ages 21 and older with moderate, severe or profound levels of intellectual developmental disabilities. Offers services within a hub site in addition to community inclusion opportunities and a prevocational program featuring paid work opportunities and non-paid vocational opportunities. Offers day services at community sites to adults over the age of 21 who have a higher level of disability. Unique day service program is designed for young adults including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The focus of the program is community participation.

Provides services which assist with acquisition, retention or improvement in the areas of health and related activities, money management, communication, social and personal care skills and community integration.

Provides day habilitation services that are in an environment which recognizes and builds on each person's talents, interests, expectations and feelings including health and nutrition, speech, self-care, and social skills, physical and occupational therapy, psychological services, and independent living and pre-vocational skills in order to help the participant increase their independence.

Provides habilitative services through group activities out of the person’s home. Day Habilitation services can assist individuals to acquire, retain or improve their self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills, such as communication, travel and adult interactions. Activities and environments are designed to foster the development of skills and appropriate behavior, greater independence, community inclusion, relationship building, self-advocacy, and informed choice. Provides services for developmentally and/or physically disabled adults 21 years of age or older, in the areas of health, physical development, independent living skills, and self-help instruction. Occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech pathology, psychololgy, social work and service coordination available on site.

Provides a daily residential program for multiple disabled individuals in a community setting. Services include pre-vocational training, social and work skills, and activities of daily living.

Provides culturally competent and linguistically appropriate assessment, evaluation, and response to the service needs of multi-ethnic populations suffering from a medical, emotional, or social disorder. Offers substance abuse services, HIV services, day habilitation for persons with developmental disabilities, residential care for persons with mild to moderate developmental disabilities, supported housing for special populations, service coordination, information and referral, and cultural competency training.
