Offers medication access through pharmacy assistance programs and the Poverello Dispensary of Hope Pharmacy for low-income patients.

Wednesday Clinic 5 pm - 7 pm Appointments encouraged, but walk ins welcome.

Medical Expense Assistance. Nutrition Education.* Provides emergency food. * Provides referrals for: Women's Health (pap smears, mammograms). Specialists. Grief Support. • Provides chiropractic services. Acupuncture on a limited basis, with waiting list.

• Provides primary health care services: Adult medicine. Specialty care services, including, but not limited to cardiology, endocrinology, sexual health, dermatology, orthopedics, and ophthalmology. Physical therapy, chiropractic. Laboratory diagnostic testing (samples sent out). Women's medicine (Gynecology). Physical exams and work physicals. * Offers outpatient mental health care: Individual, family, and group counseling. Services provided by volunteer professional health care/mental health providers. Medication evaluations. * Offers health insurance eligibility assessment and enrollment. * Provides hygiene products on a first-come, first-served basis on Fridays- based upon availability.
