Provides confidential services to women and men in their childbearing years (teens to pre-menopause). Services include gynecological (GYN) exams, contraception (methods to prevent pregnancy), pregnancy testing and counseling, and nutrition education. Women can get pap tests, pelvic exams and breast exams. STI (sexually transmitted infections) testing and treatment, and HIV counseling and testing is offered for men and women.

Offers clinics for testing and treatment of tuberculosis (TB). Monthly clinics are held in our Newburgh office for evaluation and treatment of Latent Infection (LTBI). Nursing services are available for treatment and management of Active Tuberculosis Disease.

Provides a comprehensive cancer program that provides accessible, multidisciplinary treatment and services to the Northeast Region of New York State. Staff provide innovative cancer management through clinical research and advances in technology, and promote community wellness through prevention, early detection and education. Also offers a cancer-related support groups.

Provides a clinic specifically for those with diabetes, with a focus on medical care, nutrition and support services.

Children and adolescents with HIV infection and other diseases that lead to secondary, not genetically defined immune defects, are evaluated and treated. Physicians, Nurse Specialists, Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers and Laboratory Technologists formulate treatment protocols for these children.

Provides services for memory loss and independent living skills instruction. Accepts participants at all stages of dementia. Nutritious meals and bathing services are available. Also offers support for the caregiver as well as legal and personal counseling services. Includes dementia management. Artistic and sensory stimulation programs offered.

Provides Lyme disease testing and clinics.

Provides free and confidential AIDS/HIV treatment and counseling, including a weekly support group for individuals who have been diagnosed. Also provides speakers to schools, shelters and other public facilities to lecture on AIDS/HIV prevention.

Offers services of professional registered nurses trained in the examination of survivors of rape/sexual assault. Provides immediate physical, emotional, and forensic care. Victims should report to emergency room at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, Stony Brook Hospital in Stony Brook, Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, or to local police station and request sexual assault nurse examiner. Does not require police involvement.
