The Workforce Partnership (TWP) is a consortium of local governments funded by the Federal Workforce Investment Act (WIA). TWP is a component of a network of organizations that focus on both assisting employers in hiring qualified workers and helping job seekers to develop the skills and abilities necessary to secure gainful employment. TWP administers a variety of employment related services under the auspices of the Federal Workforce Investment Act.
