Can also offer diapers and baby formula to recipients of emergency food. Thanksgiving food gift cards during holiday season for clients only.

LI Cares hosts Military Appreciation Tuesdays in Huntington Station, Lindenhurst, and Freeport which gives veterans and their families access to food, personal care items, household products, pet food, and school supplies. LI Cares also operates a Mobile Pantry which delivers nutritious groceries to homebound, disabled veterans unable to access their local pantries.

Animal adoptions at the Chenango SPCA include vaccinations and de-worming (age appropriate), Feline Leukemia test for cats, Flea Preventative Treatment, a free bag of Hills Science Diet Food (dogs/cats only), 30-day free pet health insurance (some conditions required), a free pet health exam from a participating veterinarian, micro-chipped and a pet ID tag. Adoptions are friendly and require a simple application.We are happy to offer pet food and supplies to folks in need. Potential temporary animal boarding, if time allows
