* Operates an emergency food pantry. After phone interview, eligible individuals may visit the pantry to select their food. Delivery is available for those who are ill or who lack transportation. Food available includes a variety of canned and shelf staple foods, cereal, fresh eggs, frozen meat, and fresh fruit and vegetables as well as pet food. Can also offer diapers and baby formula to recipients of emergency food. Thanksgiving food gift cards during holiday season for clients only.

Partnering with Reach Out Food Pantry of Hyde Park to provide residents of Dutchess County in need of food for their pets.

Offers a diverse range of community services for people suffering from hunger or food insecurity. It provides emergency food, clothing, personal care items and household items, including those for pets. Outreach specialists are available for employment searches, as well. Veteran's services on Tuesdays; ESL classes and other support services. Call for more information.

Our pet food pantry (including kitty litter) is available to those in our community who need it. Call the shelter at 518-891-0017 if you need assistance and we will schedule a time for you to pick up supplies.

Pet food is available to needy pets.Accepts pet food donations of any brand, size or variety, pet food coupons, gift cards/cash.

Provides pet food, pet food bowls, bedding, toys, and cat litter to low-income Oswego County residents based on available donations.

Animal adoptions at the Chenango SPCA include vaccinations and de-worming (age appropriate), Feline Leukemia test for cats, Flea Preventative Treatment, a free bag of Hills Science Diet Food (dogs/cats only), 30-day free pet health insurance (some conditions required), a free pet health exam from a participating veterinarian, micro-chipped and a pet ID tag. Adoptions are friendly and require a simple application.We are happy to offer pet food and supplies to folks in need. Potential temporary animal boarding, if time allows

Free clothing closet offering children and adult clothing. Guests may take up to 15 items per household per visit and can visit the clothing closet every other week. Guests will be required to report the number of clothing/shoe items taken before leaving. Donations are NOT accepted at this time. Also offers pet pantry program is offered to pet owners that need assistance with feeding their animals. Provides dog and cat food (mostly dry kibble). Guests can visit the pet pantry every other week.
